Hello, my name is Megan Freeman! I’m a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Communication and an emphasis in Multimedia Journalism!

I love everything about journalism and have written for various outlets for over 6 years, including during college and after earning my Bachelor of Science degree. All articles can be found under the “Articles” page, and my latest work can be read on my home page.

 In my last role, I was a news editor, guiding younger writers to educate and inform through their writing. I am honing my craft in writing and aspire to continue editing in my career. I’m a passionate individual who enjoys covering entertainment, community, and general hard news. I also love the arts!

 I believe that informing, sharing, and teaching the public about events in their communities and around the world is vital. An educated community of humans is what makes us unstoppable to any wrongdoing. I aim to be a news anchor and a world-renowned writer and editor for that reason.
